For the tryout
Whatever clothes you’re comfortable exercising in, such as T-shirt, shorts and sneakers. Bring plenty of water. It’s unlikely during the tryout you will get in the ring.
After you pass the tryout and begin in-ring training
You’ll need wrestling shoes. We recommend knee pads. Some trainees use elbow pads, especially early in training. These items should be available from any sporting goods retailer. Again, you’ll need plenty of water during training.
As you get closer to being ready to have actual pro wrestling matches, you’ll need to acquire appropriate gear such as tights and boots. We’ll point you in the right direction when that time comes.
